Wuersch & Gering acted as special US Counsel for Italmatch Chemicals in its acquisition of Water Science Technologies, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama. Italmatch Chemicals is a leading Italian chemicals group headquartered in Genova specializing in performance additives for the lubricant, plastic, water and oil markets. Italmatch Chemicals is owned by Bain Capital. Water Science Technologies, LLC is a formulator, internal producer and provider of proprietary and third-party chemical solutions primarily of the oil & gas and water treatment markets.
