Wuersch & Gering represented Scheuch Group in its acquisition of Schust Development Inc., a leading full service air pollution control company designing, building and service large scale projects. Scheuch Group is a leading worldwide air and environmental technology company.  This acquisition marks Scheuch Group’s second acquisition in North America.Wuersch & Gering’s team included Daniel A. Wuersch, Jason Rimland and Luba Waeldner (Corporate), Thilo Agthe (IP), Sherica Bryan (Employment), and Maureen Monaghan (Tax). The seller was represented by Carson Boxberger.
