Wuersch & Gering represented the members of Envision Discovery in their sale of the company to HaystackID. Envision Discovery is an eDiscovery and managed services company.  Additionally, with investments from management, Knox Capital, ORIX Mezzanine and Private Equity and Maranon Capital, HaystackID created Haystack Holdings, a private-equity backed holding company.  HaystackID is a specialized eDiscovery services firm.Wuersch & Gering’s team included Jason Rimland and Claudio Guler (Corporate), Thilo Agthe (IP), Sherica Bryan (Employment), and Maureen Monaghan (Tax). The buyer was represented by Ropes & Gray.
