About Jay
Jay Soled advises corporations, partnerships and individuals on all aspects of federal and state income and estate tax law. His practice focuses on estate planning and related tax advice, and the establishment of trusts.
Jay has published extensively on various aspects of U.S. tax law. He is frequently interviewed by major newspapers and television networks on issues of tax law, including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, CBS and Fox.
In addition to being Counsel to the Firm, Jay is a distinguished professor of taxation at Rutgers University.
