Wuersch & Gering Represents the NSI Group in its Acquisition of MI Technologies

Wuersch & Gering represented NSI-MI Holdings, LLC (a portfolio company of Quadrant Management, Inc.) in its acquisition of MI Technologies, LLC, a leading global supplier of radio frequency and microwave products, systems and services, and the related acquisition financing transaction.In February 2015, the NSI Group acquired Nearfield Systems, Inc., a leading provider of turn-key near-field antenna measurement systems. Representation of the NSI Group in this transaction was also provided by Wuersch & Gering.The combined companies will continue to serve domestic and international governments and commercial customers with antenna and microwave measurement products and systems and supply products to the Aerospace, Defense, Wireless, Automotive, Materials and other application areas with requirements for high speed measurement systems.Wuersch & Gering’s team included Travis L.
