Wuersch & Gering represented Scheuch Group in its acquisition of the Camcorp Group (Camcorp Holdings, Inc., Camcorp, Inc., and Camcorp Manufacturing, Inc.), who focus on the creation of cutting-edge design and engineering approaches for industrial applications. Scheuch Group is a leading worldwide air and environmental technology company.  This acquisition marks Scheuch Group’s first acquisition in North America.Wuersch & Gering’s team included Daniel A.
