About Anne

Anne Musella provides counsel on all phases of the employment relationship, including hiring practices, employment termination, discriminatory practices, restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, and proper classification.  Her practice includes drafting employment agreements, offer letters, separation agreements, employee handbooks and related policies.  She has successfully represented employees and employers in matters before federal district courts, New York State courts, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and FINRA.  Anne’s practice has encompassed a wide range of sectors such as financial services, information technology, biotechnology, healthcare, manufacturing, education, commercial photography, and performing arts.

Anne also advises clients on data privacy issues.  She drafts and updates data privacy notices and policies, and advises on privacy compliance issues that arise in European/US transactions. 

While attending law school, Anne worked in the legal department of Goldman Sachs supporting its Principal Investment Area.
