About Christiane
Christiane Rosenbaum is an attorney in the firm’s corporate group. Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions as well as the formation and operation of U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Christiane worked for a leading international law firm in Germany and New York City as well as for an international boutique law firm.
Christiane’s dual legal background and experience provide her with a deep understanding of different legal systems as well as commercial goals to efficiently advise foreign companies on navigating the U.S. market.
Christiane obtained her law degree as well as her Ph.D. from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. In addition, she holds an LL.M. degree in U.S. Legal Studies from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
