About Christophe
Christophe Durrer’s practice focuses on merger and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate matters. He represents U.S. and non-U.S. companies and individuals ranging from start-ups/entrepreneurs to multinationals. He has led and handled numerous transactions, business combinations, strategic alliances, partnerships and cross-border deals. He works extensively with international law firms on U.S. matters. Christophe has significant experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating technology agreements, commercial agreements and other types of agreements. He provides strategic and legal advice to non-U.S. companies on the formation and development of their U.S. businesses. In addition, he has extensive experience in general commercial law and marketing law.
Prior to joining Wuersch & Gering, Christophe served as in-house counsel in a U.S. Fortune 200 consumer goods company and practiced capital market law and merger and acquisitions at the law firm of Bär and Karrer in London and Zurich.
