About Daniel
Daniel Wuersch’s practice focuses on cross-border and domestic corporate, securities and commercial matters. He represents foreign and domestic companies from a variety of industries, financial institutions, and institutional and private investors in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities compliance, private equity, hedge fund formation and investments, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. Daniel also focuses on general corporate and commercial matters, including the formation and operation of U.S. subsidiaries of foreign companies in the United States, and developing investment structures for a variety of assets.
Prior to forming the firm in 1997, Daniel practiced international corporate and securities law with Fried Frank, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in New York and at Homburger in Zurich, Switzerland. Daniel has written and co-authored several books and articles on United States and Swiss corporate and securities law, as well as law of the European Union. He frequently speaks on topics such as United States corporate, securities, and commercial laws and their impact on cross-border investments.
