About Travis
Travis Gering’s practice focuses on international corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. He advises public and private companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, commodities funds, on-shore and off-shore investment companies, mutual funds, family offices, broker-dealers, financial intermediaries, banks, investment advisors, trusts and individual investors. In addition, Travis has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, drafting and establishing international special purpose companies, joint ventures, strategic alliances, partnerships, licensing arrangements, distribution and franchise agreements, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission registrations and compliance, national stock exchange listings and many other complex legal and business matters.
Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the corporate department of the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York, served as in-house counsel to a NASDAQ National Market listed company and also served as Chairman of a FINRA-registered broker dealer.
